Terms of Service

By using SonusVid, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SonusVid provides AI-powered music video (MV) generation services, including first-frame image generation, video rendering, and final MV assembly. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the period ends.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard; benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Credits are a one-time consumable resource and cannot be transferred or withdrawn after purchase.

• If a generation task fails due to a platform technical error, consumed credits will be refunded.

You must hold legitimate rights or authorization for all music files uploaded to the platform. SonusVid assumes no copyright liability for user-uploaded music.

• Do not upload copyrighted music without proper authorization.

• We recommend using royalty-free music (e.g., music generated by Suno or licensed tracks).

• Users are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from copyright infringement.

AI generation is inherently variable. SonusVid does not guarantee that output will fully match user expectations. The following are considered normal:

• Generated video style may differ from what was envisioned.

• Output quality may vary across different visual styles.

• Model updates may affect generation results.

We continuously optimize our models and prompt systems to improve overall output quality.

You retain full ownership of all MV content generated through the platform. SonusVid claims no rights over your generated content. Subject to these Terms, all generated content may be used for personal or commercial purposes.

SonusVid temporarily stores uploaded music files and generated video files on our servers to support the generation process and subsequent downloads.

• Files associated with a deleted account will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

• We recommend downloading and saving your generated MV files promptly.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading copyrighted music without authorization.

• Generating videos containing violent, explicit, or illegal content.

• Reverse engineering the software or attempting to compromise system security.

• Abusing platform resources through automated means.

SonusVid retains full intellectual property rights over all platform technology, branding, interface design, and AI models. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these assets without written authorization is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SonusVid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SonusVid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SonusVid after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification in advance.
